Is it possible to forward calls to more than one number? If not, how does that work for a sales team?

Great question! We do not currently forward to more than one phone number, but we are planning to add that as a feature very soon. Please contact Advocado Support if you'd like to be the first to know when this feature is completed.

One immediate solution is to forward your calls to a SIP URL. By doing so, you can use your own call routing system to route calls to the next available sales or support representative. Let us know if we can answer any additional questions on this front!
